Instead of searching the KB during calls or preparing for difficult callbacks from memory, you'll have a ready-made assistant you can ask in plain language — "What do I say when a customer wants to cancel after 3 failed deliveries?" — and get a specific, grounded answer in seconds.

- Your company's policy documents or a summary of key policies (copy-pasted text, not uploaded PDFs if they contain PII)

Step 1: Get a ChatGPT Plus account
- Go to chat.openai.com
- Sign in or create a free account
- Click "Upgrade to Plus" in the left sidebar
- Enter payment info and confirm — you'll have Plus access immediately
