You'll have a Claude Project loaded with your company's key policy documents, product guides, and procedure notes. Instead of navigating your center's knowledge base during live calls, you'll ask a question in plain language and get the exact answer in seconds.

What you'll need

  • Claude Pro account ($20/month at claude.ai)
  • Text copies of your most-used KB articles or policy documents (copy-paste the text; no need to upload files with customer data)
  • A list of your top 10-15 most common call types
  • Time needed: 45-60 minutes to set up, including content gathering
  • Cost: $20/month for Claude Pro

Set Up a Personal Knowledge Base Assistant

Step 1: Gather your key policies

Before setting up, collect the text from your most-used knowledge base articles:

  1. Open your center's KB
  2. Navigate to your top 10-15 most common call types
  3. Copy the text of each article (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C)
  4. Paste into a text file or Google Doc temporarily

Focus on: Return/refund policies, billing dispute procedures, cancellation/retention flows, shipping exception handling, escalation triggers, common product FAQs.
